Job Summary

Providing quality support to users, the full-time Elavon Gateway Support Technician will respond to end-user inquiries and resolve issues related to telecommunications networks and core business applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to end-user inquiries and troubleshoot problems associated with telecommunications networks and computer hardware
  • Isolate problem sources and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation of all support activities and follow up with users to ensure resolution
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of experience in telecommunications or applications programming
  • General knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in software, hardware, IT, helpdesk, and network troubleshooting
