Job Summary
Providing quality support to users, the full-time Elavon Gateway Support Technician will respond to end-user inquiries and resolve issues related to telecommunications networks and core business applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to end-user inquiries and troubleshoot problems associated with telecommunications networks and computer hardware
- Isolate problem sources and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain documentation of all support activities and follow up with users to ensure resolution
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of experience in telecommunications or applications programming
- General knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in software, hardware, IT, helpdesk, and network troubleshooting
