Job Summary
To support the DITCO Transition Program Management Office, the remote Telecommunications Transition Order Specialist will prepare and process telecommunications transition orders, ensuring quality control and coordination with stakeholders while managing a high volume of service actions in a contracted role.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process complex telecommunications transition orders, including service starts and discontinuances
- Perform quality assurance checks on Telecommunication Requests (TRs) to prevent processing errors
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment of technical requirements prior to migration dates
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive IT experience in telecommunications provisioning or technical customer support
- Associate or Technical degree, or a minimum of 6 years of general IT experience in lieu of a degree
- Active or interim Tier 1 (T1/NACI) security clearance
- Availability to process orders and attend team syncs between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday
- Ability to sign a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) for submission to the Government
