Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Experience Team Lead responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service in a contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of 6-10 direct reports in delivering customer service excellence
  • Monitor operational metrics and make adjustments to meet service targets
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to address barriers and ensure access to necessary tools and knowledge
Required Qualifications
  • High school education or GED
  • 5 or more years of experience in a health contact center
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in coaching and empowering remote workers
  • Knowledge of contact center operations and performance metrics
