Job Summary

A customer care company has a current position open for a Telecommunity Mobility Optimization Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing each client relationship with skill, diligence and an exceptional degree of professionalism
  • Educating the client about all things cellular and excel at consistent client communication
  • Accessing, analyzing and manipulating data on differing platforms

Qualifications Include:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in information technology, or accounting, or related area or the equivalent in training and experience
  • Strong knowledge of cellular products and services
  • Excellent listening, speaking, and written communication and presentation skills
