Job Summary
A home public school is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute 2018-2019 High School Math Teacher in Harrisburg.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Complete all grading, progress reports and conduct parent conferences
- Officiate asynchronous web conferencing sessions and synchronous instruction
- Communicate regularly with parents, students, and curriculum specialists
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Occasional travel for testing events, field trips and community activities; possible overnight travel
- Highly qualified and certified to teach Secondary Math in Pennsylvania
- Strong technology skills, especially with Microsoft OS and MS Office programs
- Ability to work some occasional evening hours, as needed to support some families
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Team player track record
