Job Summary

An online school is filling a position for a Telecommute 2018 to 2019 Elementary School Teacher in the Columbus Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting the instructional program with asynchronous web conferencing sessions and synchronous instruction
• Completing all grading, create progress reports and conduct parent conferences in a timely manner
• Communicating regularly with parents, students, and curriculum specialists through use of computer and telephone

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel to attend field trips and other community activities implemented for families
• Willingness to travel on occasion for marketing and state testing events
• Highly qualified and certified to teach Elementary (Early Childhood PK-3) in Ohio
• Strong technology skills(especially with Microsoft OS and MS Office programs
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
