Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute 401k Plan Administrator in Orlando.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting loan, hardship, and distribution review/processing
• Reviewing census data, determining employee eligibility and participation
• Recommending and discussing plan design changes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• College degree preferred or 2+ years of hands on recordkeeping and/or compliance testing
• ASPPA or NIPA designations encouraged
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Relius and EXCEL
