Job Summary

A financial services and insurance agency is seeking a Telecommute ABAC Program Operations Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and coordinating operational planning efforts
  • Managing personnel including hiring, career planning, counseling, & performance
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior level executives

Qualifications Include:

  • Must attend a management school program in San Antonio during the first 6 months
  • 8 + years financial services experience
  • 3+ years in a compliance function project management or program operations role
  • 3 + years leadership or management experience in a matrixed organization
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of related experience
  • Demonstrated experience influencing business decisions
