Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Absence and Disability Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Draft and manage project plans involving multiple workflow streams and client teams
• Create modeling, cost analyses, funding and employee contribution strategies
• Assist with vendor capability reviews and annual RFI's

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Availability to travel on an as-needed basis
• 5-10 years of experience and success in the design and management of group disability and absence management plans, gained in a consulting, brokerage, or carrier environment
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget
• Relevant experience related to compliance and quality assurance protocols around leave/disability administration/accommodation management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project), Visio, and Salesforce
