Job Summary
A consulting company is seeking a Telecommute Absence and Productivity Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing consulting expertise on complex Absence and Productivity projects
- Providing consulting expertise on time off policy and program design/strategy
- Providing consulting expertise on modeling, cost analysis and impact of plan migration
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- B.A./B.S.
- 10+ years of total related absence experience
- Demonstrated success in managing client issues and relationships
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical and creative skills
- Experience with training clients and other stakeholders, with the ability to speak to groups and in public
