Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Absence Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Provide consulting expertise on large, sophisticated Absence and Disability Management projects
- Deliver management and deliverables in support of the Director, Absence Management Services
- Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to travel on an as-needed basis
- BA/BS
- 5-10 years of experience and success in the design/management of group disability and absence management plans
- Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated success in managing client issues and relationships
- Experience related to compliance and quality assurance protocols around leave/disability management
