Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Absence Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing value-added consulting expertise on large, sophisticated Absence and Disability Management projects
- Serving as senior strategist on absence management projects
- Managing client team expectations and raise appropriate issues to leadership for resolutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Availability to travel on an as-needed basis
- Bachelor’s degree
- 15+ years of experience and success in the design and management of group disability and absence management plans
- At least 3 years of experience and success in the design of Paid Time Off programs
- Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
