A web-based virtual campus has a current position open for a Telecommute Academic Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Administering high-level academic support to ensure retention of students
- Selecting, hiring, orienting, managing, training, and evaluating grad team full-time faculty
- Engaging in the program review and revision process
Position Requirements Include:
- Possess appropriate Master’s degree based from an institution accredited by an agency
- Ability to manage a virtual team of Faculty members
- Ability to address customer complaints and issues
- Tenacity and skill set to address conflict and resolve in a timely and appropriate manner
- Ability to constructively address employee performance issues
- Strong and effective academic reasoning and problem solving
