Job Summary
A technical analysis company has a current position open for a Telecommute Accessibility Project Manager.
Must be able to:
- Conduct on-site inspections and building condition assessments
- Prepare written reports that accurately describe findings (ASTM standards)
- Enter site information into capital planning databases
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting building/FCA assessments and writing technical reports
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and clients
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
