Summary

As a consultative sales professional, the Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in net new business from existing software customers and self-sourced prospects. Account Executives set appointments with business owners to educate them about Swype's payment processing solution. They do this by prospecting over the phone, face-to-face, receiving company referrals and leads, networking, and building referral partnerships.


Responsibilities

Prospecting and running dynamic sales presentations
Closing sales of our payment processing services
Educating merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry
Offering Value Added Propositions through integrated as well as stand-alone solutions
Building relationships through networking and developing referral partners
Achieve Sales Targets
Work with marketing and sales management to develop target strategies


Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Payments/Bankcard industry experience preferred
Ability to interact and sell at the C-level
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and decision-makers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to demonstrate payment acceptance offerings at a detailed level and develop innovative value propositions to maximize sales revenue
Focused, activity-driven, and technology savvy
Effective time management and organizational skills


Compensation-Benefits:

This is a salaried position with uncapped commissions offering an opportunity to earn quarterly and annual bonuses. First year Account Executives can expect average earnings of $55,000 - $75,000+.
