Job Summary

A benefits management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Account Executive I or II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and managing client specific, strategic, financial and business relationship plans
  • Organizing and leading client business planning meetings, financial performance reviews, leadership summits and internal strategy planning discussions
  • Providing oversight of projects and client initiatives, and assist in the interpretation and context of client requests

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion and consulting skills required
  • Bachelor's Degree from four (4) year college or university and three (3) to seven (7) years job related experience
  • Experience in the Self Insured benefits arena
  • Experience in the Managed Care Benefits arena
  • Experience working with complex, large key accounts
  • Intermediate to advanced skill set in MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
