Job Summary

A mortgage originator is in need of a Telecommute Account Executive in Salt Lake City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating a culture of sales activities daily
  • Establishing a network of brokers and banks that desire to fund loans
  • Clearly articulating and implementing a marketing and business plan

Required Skills:

  • Must have a proven track record of successful mortgage loan business development
  • Thoroughly understand FNMA/FMLMC, FHA/VA, and USDA lending guidelines
  • Two+ years’ experience originating loans in a wholesale environment
  • Use experience and knowledge to make sound, independent judgment to identify prospects
  • Must be able to clearly articulate an ability to work with automated systems
