Job Summary

A financial service company has an open position for a Telecommute Account Executive in Salt Lake City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Controling all expenditures to be in line with company standards
  • Establishing a network of brokers and banks that desire to fund loans
  • Creating a culture of sales activities daily

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Represent the company in the local market in a positive manner
  • Two years' experience originating loans in a wholesale environment
  • Thoroughly understand FNMA/FMLMC, FHA/VA, and USDA lending guidelines
  • Must have a proven track record of successful mortgage loan business development
  • Must be able to clearly articulate an ability to work with automated systems
  • Use experience and knowledge to make sound, independent judgment to identify prospects
