A financial service company has an open position for a Telecommute Account Executive in Salt Lake City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Controling all expenditures to be in line with company standards
- Establishing a network of brokers and banks that desire to fund loans
- Creating a culture of sales activities daily
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Represent the company in the local market in a positive manner
- Two years' experience originating loans in a wholesale environment
- Thoroughly understand FNMA/FMLMC, FHA/VA, and USDA lending guidelines
- Must have a proven track record of successful mortgage loan business development
- Must be able to clearly articulate an ability to work with automated systems
- Use experience and knowledge to make sound, independent judgment to identify prospects
