A software developer has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Own overall relationship with assigned customers
  • Establish regular cadence with each assigned customer
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3-5 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management
  • BA/BS or Equivalent
  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • Startup experience
