Job Summary
A software developer has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Own overall relationship with assigned customers
- Establish regular cadence with each assigned customer
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management
- BA/BS or Equivalent
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Startup experience
