Job Summary
An education technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Ensure that employees are resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint
- Perform any Human Resource related administrative tasks
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienced
- 4-7 years’ prior experience in renewals, account management, customer success, and SaaS
- 2-4 years’ prior management experience
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive a phone conversation
- Ability to handle a heavy workload and multiple projects with frequent interruptions and schedule changes
