Job Summary

A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Account Management Senior Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Bring solutions to client needs and issues in timely matter
  • Respond to day to day questions regarding new member, account, and program information
  • Provide appropriate documentation as needed and outlined per client requirements

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Willing to travel 20%
  • 3+ years’ experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare or managed care
  • 3+ years experience supporting internal colleagues and external customers
  • Bachelor's Degree required
