Job Summary
A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Account Management Senior Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Bring solutions to client needs and issues in timely matter
- Respond to day to day questions regarding new member, account, and program information
- Provide appropriate documentation as needed and outlined per client requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willing to travel 20%
- 3+ years’ experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare or managed care
- 3+ years experience supporting internal colleagues and external customers
- Bachelor's Degree required
