Job Summary

A digital banking solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommute Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Accurately answering to product how to questions
  • Acting as an executive consultant and strategic business partner for clients
  • Accepting hand-off of customer from Sales when contract is signed

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travels to client's sites for trainings as needed
  • Minimum 4 years' direct experience managing strategic accounts
  • Banking or Banking software experience required
  • In depth experience supporting clients
  • 7+ years of Business to Business or Business to Consumer relationship management experiences
  • Proven results in cross-sales quota and metrics-driven customer advocacy
