Job Summary
A digital banking solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommute Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Accurately answering to product how to questions
- Acting as an executive consultant and strategic business partner for clients
- Accepting hand-off of customer from Sales when contract is signed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travels to client's sites for trainings as needed
- Minimum 4 years' direct experience managing strategic accounts
- Banking or Banking software experience required
- In depth experience supporting clients
- 7+ years of Business to Business or Business to Consumer relationship management experiences
- Proven results in cross-sales quota and metrics-driven customer advocacy
