Job Summary

A cloud-based mobile company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Oversee the entire customer experience function
  • Develop and manage an efficient, professional, and scalable on-boarding plan
  • Define, maintain, and monitor organizational performance metrics

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Represent the Company from time to time in meetings
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in information technology
  • Computer skills, Office Suite and especially Excel
  • Excellent listening, speaking, and written communication and presentation skills
