Job Summary

A specialty risk management advisory firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building & maintaining constructive & effective relationships with internal & external customers
  • Leveraging commercial P&C insurance knowledge & expertise to actively service existing accounts & develop new business
  • Fostering an environment of personal accountability by managing appropriate system records of service

Required Skills:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience of Commercial Lines client management experience
  • Valid MA P&C brokers’ license
  • College degree preferred
  • Industry specific designations preferred- CISR, ARM or similar
  • Extensive knowledge of Commercial Lines underwriting, coverage, rate analysis/procedures & experience reporting
  • Proficient in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360 and Work Smart preferred
