A software and data analytics company is filling a position for a Telecommute Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Maintaining assigned customer portfolio to drive client adoption and usage
- Leading periodic client business reviews for assigned clients as appropriate
Position Requirements Include:
- 3 years of experience working as an Account Manager
- Proven excellence in ability to retain and grow accounts
- Polished MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent follow up skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, related field or equivalent
