Job Summary

A software and data analytics company is filling a position for a Telecommute Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Acting as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Maintaining assigned customer portfolio to drive client adoption and usage
  • Leading periodic client business reviews for assigned clients as appropriate

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3 years of experience working as an Account Manager
  • Proven excellence in ability to retain and grow accounts
  • Polished MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent follow up skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, related field or equivalent
