• Owning and managing the business relationships with your clients

Qualifications Include:

• Previous experience hiring, leading, and developing teams
• 5+ years of experience in client services, client management, or account management
• At least 1 year of experience recruiting in a high volume environment
• Clear and engaging communication skills
• Experience with outbound recruiting methodologies and applicant tracking systems
