Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Account Manager III.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain high levels of client retention through proactive client outreach
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned client base
  • Maintain open channels of communication with internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Able and willing to travel (25-50%),
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of three years account management experience
  • Documented record of exceeding assigned goals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet Explorer and PowerPoint
