Job Summary
A medical benefits company is in need of a Telecommute Account Manager in Atlanta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Lead the implementation of large employer customers, owning project management, and maintaining key documentation
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for employer customers, maintaining regular contact with key partners
- Produce and communicate regular customer reports on customer engagement and utilization
Position Requirements Include:
- Willingness to travel (estimated 20%)
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in implementation and/or account management of HR / Benefits / Healthcare
- Extraordinary track record of delivering customer happiness
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong results-orientation
- MBA or other advanced degree as well as work experience in employee benefits or healthcare preferred
