Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Account Manager in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing day-to-day operations of assigned accounts
- Serving as first line of response for client questions
- Identifying revenue opportunities within existing accounts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- 8+ years experience in complex, strategic account relationship management in the healthcare industry
- Solid analytic background in using claims data to identify cost and utilization trends
- Experience with company-wide or cross-functional large-scale initiatives
- Background includes facilitating client meetings via phone and presenting to clients in person
- Experience with risk adjustment models and/or episode treatment groups
