A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Account Manager in Raleigh.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building long-term rapport with customers
- Resolving customer disputes and attending to enquiries
- Finding opportunities to assist with the growth of the company
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience as an Account Manager or related profession in diabetes pharmaceuticals, devices, and/or IT
- Expertise in demoing software products on a computer and smartphone
- Excellent communication skills with clinical staff, such as physicians, nurses, educators, office managers, and medical assistants in endocrinology and primary care practices
- Familiar with CRM software, billing systems, and general workplace productivity tools (Slack, Dropbox, MS Office, Google Forms)
- Knowledgeable about delivering solutions based on customer needs
- BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business or related field
