Job Summary
A software consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Account Manager in the Northwest Region.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Meet key performance metrics and sales expectations
- Develop business relationships by phone, email, and in person with new and existing accounts
- Generate new business through prospecting and referrals
Qualifications Include:
- Occasional travel expected to client locations and strategic event
- 2 years' experience managing accounts in the ServiceNow space
- Experience in business development through prospecting, cold calling, and social selling
- Working knowledge of IT and Enterprise Service Management industry
- Ability to communicate effectively on a technical and non-technical level
