Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Account Manager Pharmacist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting the plan on all pharmacy related activities
- Communicating pharmacy program changes with the assigned health plans key departments
- Submitting accurate pharmacy reports and deliverables in a timely manner
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to attend state Medicaid, pharmacy and health plan association meetings
- Undergraduate degree
- Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in LA as required by contract
- At least five (5) years experience as a pharmacist practicing in a retail setting with managerial experience
- 3+ years of Clinical Pharmacy, Sales, or Account Management experience or combination thereof in Medicaid
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
