Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Account Manager Pharmacist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting the plan on all pharmacy related activities
  • Communicating pharmacy program changes with the assigned health plans key departments
  • Submitting accurate pharmacy reports and deliverables in a timely manner

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to attend state Medicaid, pharmacy and health plan association meetings
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in LA as required by contract
  • At least five (5) years experience as a pharmacist practicing in a retail setting with managerial experience
  • 3+ years of Clinical Pharmacy, Sales, or Account Management experience or combination thereof in Medicaid
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
