Job Summary

A company that develops business solutions and payment processing software is seeking a Telecommute Account Services Travel Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing a Service Plan and Contact Plan
  • Working to develop initiatives to improve communications, processes and workflow with clients
  • Acting as the main point of contact for daily requests, providing creative and prompt issue resolution

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or
  • 3 years experience in a client-facing role
  • Service delivery and account management experience
  • Ability to provide training and documentation
  • Strong PC skills with emphasis on spreadsheets and presentations
  • Strong communication skills and empathetic approach to clients
