Job Summary

A marketing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Account Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing in the supervisory or lead client liaison role based on the individual client situation/need
  • Helping the Company meet or exceed client expectations through effective project management and coordination of resources
  • Providing project management for direct marketing, analytic and technology driven assignments

Required Skills:

  • Undergraduate business degree required
  • Solid understanding of database marketing techniques
  • Experience (minimum 6-10 years) as an account manager or supervisor for a regional marketing, advertising, direct firm, or with CRM
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and/or supervise all the activity needed by internal resources
  • Demonstrated ability to engender client loyalty
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills
