Job Summary

A health and wellness company is filling a position for a Telecommute Accountability Coach.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Motivate, empathize, and guide members through our 52-week structured intensive-lifestyle intervention program
• Personalize the program for each member by setting relevant, achievable, incremental goals
• Listen and empower members to find their own motivation for solutions for sustainable habit change

Required Skills:

• You have off-the-charts empathy and inherent EQ and connectivity
• You believe in celebrating the small wins because you know they create big wins
• You are passionate about outcomes and are eager to learn new skills in behavior change
• You are extremely organized, technically savvy, and flexible as we build out our internal coaching tools
• You are a self-starter. You can hold yourself accountable in a remote working environment
