Job Summary
A virtual accounting and bookkeeping company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Accountant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing A/P, A/R, payroll and month-end closing services
- Providing other accounting related functions as requested by client
- Managing client needs, while maintaining a high level of accounting services
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
- Experience providing A/R, A/P and payroll functions
- Certification of QuickBooks and/or QBO. We operate mostly with QBO
- Bill.com certified (or willing to get certified)
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
- Home office including separate work area, PC with Windows and broadband
