Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Accountant in San Francisco.
Must be able to:
- Manage the General Ledger and post all journal entries
- Perform accounts Payable and Receivable administration
- Create and maintain the Chart of Accounts
Position Requirements Include:
- Attending regular on-site client meetings
- 1-5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accrual-based accounting
- Proficient in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online. Experience with Xero, NetSuite, and other ERP systems is a plus!
- Experience working with ADP, Gusto, Paychex or other third-party payroll service providers
- Prompt and proactive communication with external clients and internal colleagues
