Job Summary

A vacation rental management company is seeking a Telecommute Accounting Clerk in Telluride.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Entering and managing bills through Bill.com and the property management system
  • Processing and posting homeowner payments
  • Acting as backup for monthly sales tax report preparation

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to work remotely several days per week
  • Experience with V.12, RDP, or Track property management systems
  • Working knowledge of Bill.com and Smartsheets
  • 4-year College degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • Proven accounting experience
