A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Accounting Customer Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting customers with accounting questions related to our software

- Training users in the proper use of software applications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Able to work in a logical flow to isolate causes of problems and determine potential solutions
- Able to restate or rephrase questions to verify full comprehension of a problem
- Able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
- Able to quickly connect with people, establish a rapport, express empathy, and project confidence
