Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is seeking a Telecommute Accounting Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure compliance with internal controls over general ledger functions
- Setup and maintain customer contract data, funding, job codes, task orders, etc
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations with schedules that support account balances
Qualifications for this position include:
- 6-8 years of General Ledger Accounting in the government contracting industry
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Knowledge of cost accounting principles and FAR
- Ability to support due diligence and integration efforts
