Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Accounting Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintain familiarity and ability to provide detailed analyses/explanations of all posted transactions
- Manage split of donor funds by project, between account, and restriction class
- Work with the controller and subsidiary accounting to ensure monthly close is clean and timely
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in accounting
- Foreign exchange and intercompany expertise preferred
- Experience training and managing an accounting team
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment or nonprofit space preferred
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
- Cost accounting experience preferred
