Job Summary
A provider of strategic medical communication services to the biopharmaceutical industry needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Accounting Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting monthly revenue recognition process
- Monitoring aging of project AR balances throughout the month and oversee management and collection
- Ensuring Accounts Payable team processes all bills on a timely basis and payments are made
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university
- 5+ years of related experience
- Thrives in in a rapid-paced environment
- A learner by nature; interested in and works towards understanding the business and its complexities
- Not intimidated by expectations of a consistent and sometimes heavy workload
- Strong history of process development and process improvement
