Job Summary
A leading staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Accounting Operations Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing service delivery processes including program plans, issues lists, and budgets
- Leading a team of managers who are responsible for processes and procedures
- Managing and escalating client issues so that resolution occurs on client deadlines
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- 2 plus years CWO experience
- 5 plus years experience in a manager/supervisor role
- Proven experience in a management role in a staffing/recruitment function
- Demonstrated expertise with data analytics
- Demonstrated experience in Supply Change Management and Procurement
