A bookkeeping and operational services company has an open position for a Telecommute Accounting Services Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor a team of Financial Associates working remotely
• Build trusted advisor relationship with client executives
• Provide exceptional accounting and operational support to our clients

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field
• 10 years of accounting experience, 4 years in a supervisory capacity
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Experience in a Public Accounting Firm highly desirable
• Ability to manage remotely in a professional services environment
• Excellent project management skills
