Job Summary

A bookkeeping and operational services company is seeking a Telecommute Accounting Services Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coaching and mentoring a team of Financial Associates working remotely
  • Building trusted advisor relationship with client executives
  • Providing exceptional accounting and operational support to our clients

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field
  • 10 years of accounting experience, 4 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Ability to manage remotely in a professional services environment
  • Account management experience with clients ranging from pre-revenue to $50m in revenues
  • Project management skills
  • Strong computer and technical skills including QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook
