- Coaching and mentoring a team of Financial Associates
- Reviewing Financial Associates work
- Balancing workflow by aligning client's needs with Financial Associate expertise and capacity
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10 years of accounting experience, 4 years in a supervisory capacity
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to manage remotely in a professional services environment
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field
