Job Summary
A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services is filling a position for a Telecommute Accounting Services Manager in Los Angeles.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Training and coaching team of accountants
- Maintaining profit margin for assigned clients
- Proactively identifying client issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 10 years of related accounting experience
- 4 years of hands-on management experience
- Experience in developing strong remote team relationships
- Ability to learn and embrace new technology
- Account experience with clients ranging from pre-revenue to $50m in revenues
