Job Summary

A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Accounting Services Manager in Philadelphia.

Must be able to:

  • Train and coach a team of accountants
  • Align client’s needs with accountants’ expertise and capacity
  • Maintain profit margin for assigned clients and team

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 10 years of related accounting experience
  • 4 years of hands-on management experience
  • Ability to use/learn QuickBooks, Bill.com, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
  • Superior relationship building skills and account management experience
  • Experience in developing strong remote team relationships
