Job Summary
A digital marketing solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Accounting Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare select month end calculations and accruals
- Review the entries and progress on month end processes of the accounting staff
- Investigate and resolve any reconciliation discrepancies in a timely fashion
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 5+ years of Accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills required
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with Netsuite (or similar inventory and ERP systems)
- Ability to multitask and handle high pressure situations while maintaining a high level of quality and flexibility
