Job Summary

A financial services and technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Accounting Technology Account Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding/implementation stage for new clients
  • Serve as a primary support role for internal and external parties on an ongoing basis
  • Facilitate the custom setup of 3rd party accounting applications

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1+ years’ experience with QuickBooks Online
  • 1+ years’ experience with Bill.com, Expensify
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles and processes
  • Highly resourceful - proficient in troubleshooting accounting software problems
  • You have a consultative approach and a collaborative nature
